About Write For You

The founder and principal of Write For You is Chuck Martin, a San Francisco-based technical communicator with more than 10 years experience in the industry. Chuck has extensive experience in developing high-quality user assistance for a wide variety of products for delivery on many different platforms, including over the Internet. He knows how to use industry-standard tools to create complete documentation sets. He also focuses on developing high-quality UI designs to create user experiences that make it easy for users to reach their goals. A few samples can be found here.

Chuck has a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication from the University of Washington, and continues to keep up with the latest developments through continuing education and by attending relevant conferences, such as the annual Online Help Conference.
