Announcing the all-new WriteForYou.com

Here it (finally) is, the all-new WriteForYou.com. I've always loved the idea of this domain, and after a dalliance in the .name TLD, I decided to come back to the basics. This uses what I think is an awesome design from the folks at HTML5Up. It's clean, it's simple, and it'll be (relatively) easy to maintain and update.

From my Portfolio page, you can find:

  • Samples of past work, work aimed at different audiences such as admins and "end users," including technical writing in print (as PDF files) and online formats and UX writing
  • Newsletters and blogs from past conference attendance
  • A generic resume

Old website #1

The original WriteForYou.com, with its table-based layout and it's animated GIF (pronounced, of course, with a soft "g") logo.

Old website #2

When the .name TLD (top-level domain) because available, I thought it would be cool to have my name as a web presence. But it proved to be too much of a PITA; few hosting providers even support that TLD. The design was nice and clean, but it's history now too.
